    Elevated Investment Group is a North Carolina–based real estate investment firm specializing in complex property situations: probate and estate sales, inherited homes with multiple heirs, guardianship matters, and properties encumbered by title issues.

    We founded EIG after noticing the same pattern repeat itself — families holding a property they couldn't sell, receiving lowball offers, or no response at all, from unresponsive buyers unequipped to navigate the legal complexities. We built our business to solve precisely these problems.

    North Carolina law requires attorney-supervised closings — and we wouldn't have it any other way. Your funds pass through the attorney's trust account, never ours. You'll know the attorney's name before you sign anything.
